To check the requirements for other situations, such as legal guardianship or unaccompanied travelling minors, visit the South African Department of Home Affairs.
verified
8. Border crossing delays in the region have been sporadic and difficult to predict. What takes an hour one day may take four hours the next. This may affect the order of activities in the itinerary. We understand this uncertainty can be frustrating, and we strongly recommend packing a bit of patience and flexibility.
verified
9. On occasion, especially during the peak months of May to September and December we are not able to secure campsites within the Kruger National Park. In this instance we will camp at a backpackers outside the park.

The staff Edmore, Dimpho and Rudolf were super friendly knowledgeable and so helpful we could not have asked for more. The girls l9ved having other teenagers on the trip with us and we will certainly travel with intrepid again. So thank you.

This trip was an experience of a lifetime. Each day was packed with activities to do, the cooking was amazing and the journeys to the different places were long but I had loads of fun! The game drives were exceptional from seeing loads of impala to seeing a leopard sitting about 3 metres away from the veichle, it was such a cool experience! I highly recommend booking an intrepid trip, you will have an amazing adventure!

Had an amazing time. Khensani and our other guides were fantastic. The driver was amazing and the food was next level. We saw so many different animals - all the ones we wanted to and more. We made friendships that will last forever. All the locals and kids we met were really friendly and welcomed us with open hearts. The variety of places we stayed at were really good.
