Is this trip right for you?
verified
This trip is aboard a traditional Turkish gullet (a traditional wooden Turkish motor sailing boat). All cabins will have ensuite bathrooms and you’ll stay in a mixture of twin share and double bed cabins, all on the same deck. It’s recommended that you pack light, as cabins are cosy.
verified
All cabins will experience a light engine noise when the ship is moving (and occasionally when you drop anchor). It’s probably worth packing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
verified
A good swimming ability is essential on this trip to enjoy all activities.
verified
Many meals are included onboard the boat. Where meals are not included, you’ll have time on land in beachside towns and resort towns for optional meals.
verified
Some activities and excursions will involve a bit of walking. You’ll be visiting ancient sites and historical places, and at times you may be walking on uneven ground in hot conditions. If you have any concerns, please speak to your local leader.
verified
If you’re travelling with your own group of friends or family and would like to book a private departure on this sailing trip, our Tailor-Made team will be happy to help: https://www.tuuur.com/tailor-made https://www.tuuur.com/tailor-made (https://www.tuuur.com/tailor-made)

This is the perfect trip to take if you're looking to really relax and have a slower pace of life for a week. Eating, swimming and sleeping in the most beautiful water with picturesque scenery was fabulous

This is a great trip. Super relaxing. The boat is very comfortable and the food delicious. The pace much slower than other intrepid trips I’ve done. So much beautiful swimming in beautiful water. Absolutely stunning.

Sailing on a traditional Turkish gulet boat, with an amazing crew and an outstanding Chef, stopping at incredibly opulent marinas, with a fabulous small group of mixed nationalities and ages, along the very green southern coast of Turkey, was everything I had hoped for, an absolutely amazing sailing trip! We swam every day in crystal clear waters, explored 600 BC ruins, experienced mud baths, hot springs, turtles, in between gourmet meals, and still had lots of time for relaxing on a very comfortable boat.

This trip has to be the most relaxing was to see the Turkish Coast. The hardest decision you have to make is whether to swim before lunch or after. I usually went for both. We found this to be the perfect end to our holiday.

This cruise is amazing. The stops, the views, the crew, the history, the food, the leader. Turkey is stunning and the sites are not crowded like Greece. You need to be a decent swimmer to really enjoy this trip. The water is beautiful and the boat is super clean. The food was good we wanted to kidnap the chef! Pack a mask and snorkel and sneakers for the hikes.

Wow worst trip ever, a 2 star only because the boat stayed afloat. Poor food, expensive drinks, no air conditioning, cock roaches and dirty cabins. I would not recommend this trip .
