Part of travelling with Tuuur means respecting local cultures and sensibilities. You will visit the Haeinsa Temple and the DMZ on this trip, and this requires a level of modesty. Be sure to bring clothes that cover the arms and pants or skirts that go past the knees.

South Korea is best explored on foot. In fact, most travellers are surprised at how much distance they end up covering! Make sure your shoes are comfy and you are fit enough to spend most of each day on your feet.
Itinerary

An exceptional trip — diverse activities, seamless logistics, and meaningful cultural experiences every day. Pam was an excellent tour leader: knowledgeable, warm, organized, and always attentive. Each stop offered something unique, from Seoul to Jeju. Highly recommend — fantastic value, memorable moments, and a truly outstanding way to experience South Korea.

South Korea is everything you expect and so much more. The people are charming and friendly, even when we were unable to speak the same language. The food is exceptional. The landscape and natural beauty of the country is breathtaking.

This trip is a fast paced and comprehensive tour of South Korea. You will walk away with solid knowledge of the history, it's people and culture. The food, accommodations and transportation were excellent. You see all the key landmarks and then have these special moments experiencing a different part of S.Korea - the women divers, the monastery, the bamboo forest to name a few. No regrets.

Excellent tour, very good accommodations. Lot was squeezed in a short time. If you like that, great. Otherwise, a fair bit of time travelling from place to place. Very little “downtime”

This is my 4th trip with Intrepid and this one is really my favourite because of the itinerary. Min Young is our tour leader and he makes it even more special. He is super funny and natural.

I cannot recommend this tour enough. The tour covers a vast majority of the country and our guide Yong left no stone unturned. Speaking to lots of people and allowing is to understand the country and the people and not just stay in Seoul.

This was the most amazing experience. Boram, the tour leader, was exceptionally well organised, friendly and took care of everyone on the tour. Lots of cultural heritage experiences on this tour. You’ll come away with a strong appreciation for them. I cannot wait to come back to South Korea!
