Our trip through Patagonia was interesting and enjoyable. We had a good group and our tour leader Lorenzo was very attentive, gave us plenty of information, made restaurant reservations and made sure everyone had a good time.

The trip to Patagonia was transformative and awe-inspiring. The destinations were amazing – Torres del Paine, the Perrito Moreno glacier, the Penguins… There were many additional included excursions, such as the boat tour right by the Perrito Moreno glacier, the last meal in a quaint local house, which were truly memorable. One new activity involved visiting a sheep farm where we saw the shearing process, and entire wool transformation process, led by a local woman sharing traditions and empowering her community. She welcomed us in her kitchen and her story was very moving. The accommodations were all unique, except perhaps the one in Ushuaia which was just ok. The other accommodations were charming with helpful staff, and…fell in the premium category. We were a small group and part of the magic of the group was in some way facilitated by our incredible guide, Roberto. What made him special? His calm, warmth and focus. He would be multitasking in the background early in the morning and late at night, to make sure that the next day was close to perfect. Always with a smile and a presence with the entire group. His knowledge of the history, biology, punctuated with delightful stories made the trip a learning journey. I come back with beautiful memories of this trip, and can only recommend Intrepid Tours.

I loved everything about this trip. The highlight was probably Torres del Paine, an area of such outstanding beauty and easily reached with gentle hikes. But everything else, from the glaciers to the penguins, was amazing too. The hotels (particularly in El Calafate and Puerto Natales) were outstanding. And our tour leader, Roberto, couldn't have been kinder or more knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

This was a great trip with all the highlights of Patagonia. I felt very relaxed because all of the details were worked out. Our group leader Lorenzo did a great job leading our group and making sure we all had fun. He was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of good information at each destination. My favorite part of the trip was all of the Group meals that we had. As a group, we all really enjoyed all the destinations and having Lorenzo as our tour guide. Each of the hotels had something unique about it. I enjoyed the hotel at Puerto Natales the most. This was a trip of a lifetime.

For my husband and I, this was the trip of a lifetime. It was one of the best journeys we have ever experienced. Our leader, Lorenzo, quickly became our friend and assisted us in copiloting and catering our trip to be as special as possible. A true passion for exploring was evident in the planning and itinerary and leadership we received with Lorenzo. It was all just so beautiful and fun!! Truly no worries at all, a flawless experience.

A very well organised trip with fabulous destinations and breathtaking landscapes. The trip was clearly operated in an environmentally responsible way. Lorenzo was outstanding. Very friendly and always available, he managed the group extremely well and created a great team spirit. His excellent knowledge of the culture and destinations truly enriched the experience. The trip information was clear and accurate, and everything was well explained. While the hotels were good, they could have been slightly more aligned with a premium standard. Overall, a highly recommended experience.
