Is this trip right for you?
The drive from Pokhara to Chitwan is on very windy roads as you climb up and down mountains, be prepared for a lot of corners and don't forget to buckle up.
A moderate fitness level is required for the hike in Pokhara and walks in Chitwan National Park. This trip does not go to high altitude, so acclimatising will be relatively easy.

Learned so much about Nepal—its culture and history. The scenery was breathtaking; roads were rough at times, but understandable. Wishing Nepal good luck with everything happening now. Our tour leader, Satya, was outstanding: one of Intrepid’s finest. Grateful for an unforgettable, eye-opening trip.

This mind-expanding tour was a complete delight; we were safe, physically and mentally accommodated and entirely fascinated by all that we saw and experienced. We laughed with the beautiful people we met and feel that we gained an insight into both visible and invisible aspects of this very special country.

Such amazing and unique experience. During the tour you can expect to see different places in Nepal, also having amazing local experiences. If you are lucky enough to get Subash as tour guide the experience will be even better.

This was my first visit to Nepal and Intrepid made it a very special experience. Very compatible fellow travellers, a solid itinerary with special inclusions to bring us closer to the Nepalese people and a careful and informed group leader, Nabin Khayargoli.

Nepal offers so much more than one expects . It is a beautiful country however the best aspect of Nepal is the people. They are so friendly and hospitable whether you are out viewing the seven wonders in the Katmandu valley or wildlife spotting in Chitwan National Park . Our guide Nabin was fantastic , even remembered the small requests and followed up immediately. Such a special trip . Thank you
