Is this trip right for you?
The drive from Pokhara to Chitwan is on very windy roads as you climb up and down mountains, be prepared for a lot of corners and don't forget to buckle up.
A moderate fitness level is required for the hike in Pokhara and walks in Chitwan National Park. This trip does not go to high altitude, so acclimatising will be relatively easy.

Nepal is a wonderful destination. This trip will give you deep insights in the country: rich history, stunning architecture, nature, food and especially people. Intrepid did a great job in combining all of these with local guides that go above and beyond. Definitely want to come back

Though this trip was only nine days, there were many events and opportunities to experience Nepal. From a safari in Bitwan, a visit to a local village, temple visits in Kathmandu and even a bonus chance to take an Everest flight, this was a great tour. Satya, our guide, was fantastic

Expectations were high for this holiday and they were exceeded. The itinerary was wonderful- we had fascinating experiences that wouldn’t have been accessible had we organised the trip ourselves. It was a great balance of organised activities and some space to relax in the wonderful accommodation provided throughout- loved the swimming pools and spas. Our tour leader was local and shared so much fascinating information about Nepal’s cultural heritage. He was knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic and he made sure everyone’s needs were met. I would highly recommend Intrepid Travel!
