This was a fantastic tour. There was a lot of driving but the vehicle was comfortable and Larus, our tour leader, kept us informed and entertained with his knowledge of history and folklore. The food was delicious, the activities were great and at each stop we had enough time to really take in the beauty of Iceland.

Iceland is a must for everyone that loves waterfalls and volcanoes. But it has to offer much more and besides an over 1000 years old history, it is full of surprises. If you can, do a tour all around the country of fire and ice.

The Intrepid Iceland tour was an incredible experience. Our small group bonded well and we enjoyed each other's company. The things we saw along the way - water falls, glaciers, icebergs, puffins, whales were all awesome. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the geology and culture of Iceland. We followed our itinerary, but also took some detours to see more sites. Well done, Intrepid!
