Trip Informations
Embark on a journey through the heart of Europe, exploring five diverse countries and cultures along the way. Wander Prague’s streets, unwind in a 13th-century Slovakian castle and sample local flavours with alcohol tastings and a pierogi cooking class. Reflect on history with a private tour of Auschwitz and embrace Paloc culture in Holloko, where you can try your hand at local crafts and try on traditional costumes. Cruise down the Danube on a rebuilt 19th-century steamship and get a glimpse of Budapest’s deep musical traditions with a private organ concert in the Inner City Parish Church. This trip weaves together history, cuisine and cultural immersion so you can fully experience Central Europe – what are you waiting for?

Is this trip right for you?
Many of the wonderful cities and sites of this trip are explored on foot. Please ensure you bring sturdy walking shoes and comfortable clothes, plus suitable luggage for navigating cobblestone streets.
Summers can be very hot in many of the regions visited (over 40°C). It’s important to use sun protection, wear layers to combat the heat and drink plenty of water. Please carefully consider the time of the year you wish to travel and your suitability to that season.
There are drives of up to 4.5 hours on this trip, so bring along headphones and your favourite tunes or use this time to go through your photographs. Or you can simply sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery.
