We visit several temples on this trip, which requires a certain level of modesty. Please bring clothes that cover the arms and pants/skirts that go past the knees. A light scarf is also a good idea for covering shoulders and arms when it’s hot.

This family tour was fantastic for our family of 4 with a 12 and a 15 year old. They were engaged every day, learned a ton, and made great friends. Highly recommended!

Spending Christmas Day at Taj Mahal was so special. India surprised us in many ways and we had an amazing time. Our tour leader Ankita was a true gem: she went above and beyond for us. We loved hearing her stories and we especially loved how well she connected with all of us including the kids. Any group in the future will be very lucky to have her as a tour leader!

Our tour guide Ankita was extraordinary. She kept the families engaged, told us great stories and taught us some words, and provided a lot of information about the country and culture. I think I underestimated how cold it gets in the winter and the extra layers were definitely needed. Loved the accommodation in Alsisar. We had a fantastic group and the kids were sad to leave. Amazing experience that we couldn’t have planned on our own.

The Northern India family trip was an amazing, wonderful and unique experience. We gained so much knowledge from our guide, Mukendra, who shared so many stories about India. He has a gift for storytelling! Our guide went out of his way to provide with experiences over and about the itinerary, such as sampling sweets, stopping on the roadside to try guavas and chai tea, organising dance classes, playing cricket with the kids. Truly an excellent holiday that we’ll always remember.

Our trip to India exceeded all our expectations - a fantastic itinerary guided by an incredible tour leader (Mukendra). He was enthusiastic, approachable and professional and made this the trip of a lifetime. Seeing the Taj Mahal, Amber Fort and more were just mind-blowing - thank you and dhanyavaad!
