This was my first Intrepid trip and it certainly won't be my last. We were lucky enough to have Aurora as a guide - super knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and organised. The local guides we met along the way were also total experts. Brilliant way to see Central America.

The optional volcano sand boarding is a must! Bring hiking shoes and a walking stick if you have joint or mobility concerns. It’s a great way to see 4 countries and truly experience each culture. If you get Freddy as your guide, you’ll be in great hands!

This was my 7th trip with Intrepid. Had an awesome, organized, knowledgeably tour leader, Juan, which makes all the difference in the world. Even the border crossings were a breeze between the 4 countries. The accommodations were unique, the food great, the people were friendly and we felt safe even without the group. Off to book my 7th trip.
