The Sahara Camp is on the edge of the desert. In 2019, the Moroccan government put measures in place to improve the safety, quality and impact of desert camps, which means that camping inside the Erg Chebbi dunes is no longer possible.

It was my first trip to Morocco and most likely not the last one. Our tour leader Youssef just made us to fall in love with Morocco, its reach history, food, nature and most importantly with people. It was a fantastic trip where we met new people and saw breathtaking views . Thank you, Intrepid, for incredible experience!

This is our second Intrepid trip.
Small group (12 ) was especially good. Well thought out itinerary with huge variety. No day was the same. Highly recommend, especially as we are predominantly independent travellers who travel a minimum two months a year, this year 10 months.

Our trip in Morocco did not disappoint. Our guide in every way was excellent warm and cared for our needs which made such a difference. Our driver was also good and showed care driving over different terrains which added to the comfort in the van. Well done for choosing staff to conduct tours which added so much more to the experience.

Absolutely loved the Morocco Uncovered trip! The trip was well organized, covered all the destinations I wanted to see (and more I had never ever heard of prior to the trip and loved) all across the country, but was organized in a way the minimized travel time to pack the most sightseeing/experiences in as possible. Our guide Adnane was incredible and could not have provided a better experience for the whole group! His local connections and Intrepid’s commitment to supporting local businesses that impact the communities made for and unforgettable experience.

Over 25 years ago I did my first trip with Intrepid. I don’t know why it took me so long to travel with them again. Morocco Uncovered was amazing and delivered everything I could have hoped for and more.
