Is this trip right for you?
verified
Summer temperatures in Morocco can get very hot (over 40°C). If you're travelling in the warmer months, be sure to wear layers, use sun protection and drink plenty of water. Nights can get quite cold, so warm clothes are essential.
verified
Ramadan is an annual month-long festival, during which travel can be a rewarding cultural experience, however some regular services may not be available during the day, such as restaurants or cafes, and occasionally travel can be disrupted by events. Your leader will adjust the itinerary accordingly, but please consider this when selecting your travel dates. You’ll find dates and further information in the ‘Climate and seasonal information’ section of the Essential Trip Information.
verified
As this trip covers quite a lot of ground there are some long drives. These are excellent opportunities to get to know your fellow travellers, catch up on some reading, or simply appreciate the scenery.
verified
This trip doesn’t spend a lot of time in Marrakech. We highly recommend you plan extra time in this fascinating city if your time allows. Please speak to your booking agent if you are interested in booking additional nights in the city.

Our 10-day trip to Morocco was truly unforgettable. Every day was filled with incredible experiences, from exploring vibrant cities and ancient medinas to discovering breathtaking landscapes. The highlight was undoubtedly camping in the Sahara Desert, where we watched the sunset over the dunes and spent the evening gazing at a sky full of stars unlike anything we’ve ever seen.
A huge part of what made this trip so special was our guide, Aatmane. His knowledge, professionalism, warmth, and passion for Morocco brought every destination to life. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience and made us feel welcome throughout the journey.
We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a more memorable adventure. Morocco exceeded all our expectations, and we would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable travel experience.

Our trip with Intrepid to Morocco was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The country is incredibly diverse, with vibrant cities, stunning landscapes, rich history, and warm hospitality everywhere we went. From wandering through bustling medinas to exploring the Sahara Desert and the Atlas Mountains, every day brought something new and memorable.
A special shoutout goes to our guide, Mohamed EL Bahri, who truly made the trip exceptional. His knowledge, professionalism, and passion for Morocco added so much depth to our experience. He was always patient, attentive, and eager to share insights about the culture, history, and local traditions. At one point when we were under the weather, he brought us to a local pharmacy. This shows what a kind, thoughtful and caring person he is. Thanks to his careful planning and recommendations, we were able to see both the famous highlights and hidden gems that we never would have discovered on our own. We also wanted to applaud our driver, Abdul, for his skilful driving to keep us safe during the whole delightful journey. He even picked us up after our last evening meal when the trip has ended.
Morocco exceeded all our expectations, and much of that was due to having such an outstanding guide leading the way. We highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for an authentic and enriching travel experience, and we especially recommend requesting Mohamed if you have the opportunity. Thank you Intrepid and kudos to Mohammed and Abdul for helping create memories that will last a lifetime!
