Trip Informations
Discover three of Nepal’s most spectacular trekking regions on an unforgettable 15-day journey. Witness the vast landscapes of the Langtang Valley, the sacred alpine lakes of Gosaikunda and the culturally rich Helambu region. Trek through two of Nepal’s most famous protected areas, Langtang National Park and Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park, crossing the scenic Laurebina Pass and soaking up spectacular Himalayan panoramas. Along the way, be greeted by warm Tamang hospitality, explore traditional mountain villages and visit yak cheese factories and ancient monasteries. Immerse yourself in the distinct blend of natural beauty, cultural heritage and spiritual traditions that makes this trek one of Nepal’s most rewarding adventures. ALTERNATE ITINERARY: Due to the nature of trekking in Nepal, please be aware that this trip will operate on an amended itinerary in the event of high-risk weather conditions.
Why you’ll love this trip
Visit traditional Tamang villages and explore the less-visited Helambu region, rich with the culture and traditions of the Hyolmo people.
Discover Nepal’s deep spirituality during visits to the Kyangjin Gompa and Sing Gompa monasteries. Spend free time in these remote settlements visiting yak cheese factories or simply soaking up the crisp mountain air and relaxing after rewarding days of trekking.
Gaze out at the sacred Gosaikunda Lakes when you trek above the tree line to reach unforgettable alpine vistas. Opt to hike to Kyangjin Ri for even more views of the Himalayas.
Get hands-on during a Tamang cooking class with a local family. Hear about what daily local life is like as you learn new recipes and feast on traditional home cooking.
Learn about the Himalayas from your experienced local crew, and hike easier in the knowledge that you’re with a company who takes the safety and ethical treatment of trekking guides seriously.

This is an incredible trip, and we were so lucky to have the leadership of Hari and guidance from Subas to make this happen. It is challenging, but the pace made the entire experience fantastic, and I personally got the chance to do photography in the Langtang Valley, which was a dream come true. Thank you to Hari and Subas and the entire team for this wonderful experience.

I was nervous when booking this trip as had never done any trekking before, but it turned out to be an absolutely fantastic introduction to multiday trekking. The route was just stunning and every day was so varied, from hills to mountains, valleys, villages, forest and rivers. Nepal has such extraordinary natural beauty and it was such a joy to spend time walking there. I also loved seeing the villages too. Our team were also fantastic, I felt so cared for and safe as a newbie trekker, and I had so much fun! I highly recommend this trip!

Had an awesome time on the lang tang and Tamang heritages track. Ishwar and his assistants Adri and Raj were so excellent and really made the trip for me. Had the best of both worlds, the beautiful Nepali people and stunning Himalayas all in one. See you next time

A stunning trek for those who love to explore off the beaten path! Each day has its challenges but the beauty of the landscape, people and animals far outweigh it all. I cannot recommend this trek enough! Big thanks to our leader Ishwar <3

This trip is vigorous but not unapproachable for a person with average fitness who does some training. It is not luxury, but that is part of the fun. The star is the Himalayas - and the rest fades into insignificance.
