Trip Informations
Take on Tanzania’s biggest challenge, then reward your legs with a few laid-back days by the Indian Ocean. Trek the Machame Route to the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro, moving through lowland forest and dry mountain desert with experienced local guides, porters and even a cook by your side. Watch the sun rise from Stella Point, then make the final exhilarating push to Uhuru Peak for hard-earned views from the top of Africa. Swap hiking boots for sandals on the island of Zanzibar. Explore Stone Town’s winding lanes and markets with a local guide, taste Zanzibari flavours and maybe visit a spice plantation before heading north for some rest and relaxation on white-sand beaches surrounded by turquoise water.
