Discover the best of the Olympic Peninsula and Mount Rainier, from the high alpine ridges and glaciated volcanoes to dramatic waterfalls, wildlife, and lush rainforests. Hike along a ridge traverse 5,500 feet above sea level on a coastal hike to Shi Shi beach, one of the world’s most beautiful beaches, walk through the Hoh Rainforest and see some of the largest and oldest trees in Washington, and admire the Reflection Lakes at Mount Rainier. Add comfortable accommodation in historic lodges and a special outdoor dining experience prepared by your guide and you’ve got a wonderful hiking adventure.

This is a hiking trip; a good fitness level will help you enjoying all included hikes and activities. Good clothing, appropriate footwear, and wet weather gear is a must.
This trip involves hiking from 3 to 8 miles (5 to 10 km) per day with a total trip distance of 30+ miles (48+ km). The maximum daily elevation gain/loss is 2150 feet (655 m). Please check the trip itinerary for more details.
On this trip, you’ll be required to carry a daypack weighing approximately 8-12 lb (3.5- 5.5 kg).
On our final day there is no accommodation included so please plan your departure accordingly, or pre-book a post-tour night.

1. Please note this trip requires a minimum number of booked customers to guarantee the departure. Your Booking Agent will advise at time of booking if the departure has met minimum numbers. If minimum numbers are not met, you will be advised no later than 30 days out from departure. We recommend arranging flights and related travel services once your departure is guaranteed. In the event that your departure is cancelled due to minimum numbers not being met, a full refund will be provided of monies paid.

5.This trip is operated and run by Wildland Trekking, an Tuuur company. You will be travelling with a mixture of both Wildland Trekking customers and Tuuur customers.
6. Please note, pre-trip orientation meeting will take place at 5:00 PM day before trip starts via conference call. Your guide will give you the phone number for this meeting approximately 10 days before the trip start date via email. Early on the morning of day 1, you will be picked up from Double Tree by Hilton hotel in Olympia (or the Olympia hotel of your choice). We recommend you book a pre tour night in that hotel. This trip will conclude at approximately 5:00 PM on the last day.
