Beautiful locale, and an easy way to see the highlights of the islands. No need to worry about renting a car. Great mix of activities and a couple of open half days to do your own thing. The group was a good mix of people too.

This is an excellent fun packed trip visiting three islands. All from just 2 hotels over the week. Our guide Caterina was so enthusiastic about everything, she was a real gem.

This is a good trip with a variety of activities and experiences. Less strenuous than I expected. The weather is one of the main factors and forecasts don't mean anything in the Azores. Be prepared for plans to change.

We would have missed so much of the islands/culture had we not had such fantastic guidance. I would recommend to anyone considering Azores as not a big tourist area(thankfully!) We would have struggled without the local knowledge. Even to book a taxi, yes it really is that wonderfully untouched ❤️

The highlight of the ASR was a fantastic one week trip. This hidden gem of islands is waiting for a company like intrepid to explore. The variety of activities is amazing although I would say hiking is probably the best activity outside of the summer months.

For a semi active condensed trip around the Azores this is perfect trip. Visiting 3 islands and getting to know more about the fascinating history of the islands you couldn’t ask for better.

This is a great trip with many included activities. Some rearranging of the included activities and free time on certain days may improve the itinerary, but overall it is very good. Anyone would be lucky to have our trip leader, Monica. She went above and beyond to give us a great experience. The local guides who drove us around were also very knowledgable and personable. I recommend this trip if you would like to visit the Azores without the stress and work of visiting an island destination like this. The accommodations were also very good for an Original Style trip.
