Trip Informations
Why you’ll love this trip
Spot pink flamingos, red-throated frigates and blue-footed boobies, snapping photos and contemplating a career in ornithology.
Snorkel through the underwater wonderland of Devil’s Crown – the formerly volcanic crater that’s now home to turtles, rays and sharks.
Have an up-close encounter with the lumbering gentle giant that is the Galapagos tortoise.
Learn about the maritime history of Post Office Bay – home of the oldest postal system in the Americas – and maybe even send your own letter or postcard.
Choose an itinerary that strikes the perfect balance between active adventure on land and relaxation on the Grand Daphne – the newest motor yacht sailing these waters.
Is this trip right for you?
This trip involves lots of active adventure and we ask that you read through the itinerary carefully to ensure that this trip is right for you. You’ll need to feel comfortable with the included activities and with moving about the boat. The cabins and communal areas of the boat are spread over three decks and the steps between the decks are steep.
For getting to small islets, coves and prime snorkelling spots, it is sometimes necessary to use a Zodiac boat (panga). You will need to be comfortable climbing in and out of one during wet and dry landings.
The waters of the Galapagos are generally calm and serene. However, there is always the possibility of choppy water at sea. Steady sea legs (and a sturdy stomach) will be needed when walking around the boat during bad weather. Rain or shine, your trusty crew will always be on hand to assist you.
Things are never set in stone when you’re travelling on island time. A sense of humour and flexibility will ensure you have a fun, relaxing trip through this beautiful part of the world, no matter what happens. While the crew will do their best to follow the itinerary, variations may occur due to weather or under the direction of local authorities.

This was a phenomenal trip! We went for our honeymoon and had an amazing time exploring the islands, snorkeling, and seeing the wildlife. There was a perfect amount of activity each day and we loved having siesta in the afternoon! The food was great, the bed was comfortable, and the crew and tour guides were fantastic. We felt that this duration of trip was a good amount of time to be on the boat and explore the Galapagos.

5 star trip. The boat patrons were on a mix of tours, only 1 other person was on my shorter tour. You'll see the most animals while snorkeling and hiking through the islands. It did feel like we could only hike through 50% of the islands we visited. I felt if this trip had been any longer, and inclusive of more islands, it might've gotten repetitive in terms of what animals we saw, but because it was short and only visiting 4 islands, it was the perfect amount of time. I only wish this tour had started in the Galapagos and ended there, as opposed to having to meet up in Quito first, sort of using up a day and money for the 2 nights we spent there on our 5 night trip.

This was an amazing experience and worth every penny. The luxury yacht was beautiful and our suite was large and spacious. The crew was friendly and professional. It was also nice to have an informed guide. I felt very safe and looked after. Thanks.
