Travel the Ruta de las Flores to a coffee estate in the volcanic highlands, then continue to Concepcion de Ataco for a handcrafted coffee tasting and traditional local lunch.
Kick back and relax on the famous beaches of the Costa del Sol region, ending your trip on the warm sands buy the bright waters of the coast.
Is this trip right for you?
The tropical climate of Central America can be hot and humid. Always carry plenty of water with you, especially on walking tours.
As this trip covers destinations in three countries, you'll need to cross an international border. While this is usually straightforward, please prepare to be patient.
While your leaders on this trip will bridge any language gaps you have along the way, you'll find meeting locals easier the more Spanish words you know. Attempting to communicate in Spanish is a great way of showing you care.

What a gem of a trip! You get a little bit of everything, colonial towns, coffee farms, Mayan ruins, food encounters, volcanoes, hot springs, and end at a picturesque beach! Really enjoyed my time and would recommend if you want a quick snapshot of Central America

This was an amazing trip! It was a great introduction to Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador. I learnt a lot about the history and culture of these three countries, both from our guides and through the included visits and activities. To make the most of the area, I recommend arriving a couple of days in advance in Antigua to hike the Acatenango volcano and enjoy some delicious Guatemalan coffee! Many thanks to Hugo and Joel for guiding us through this lovely region within Central America.

Hugo was a fantastic tour leader and made everything effortless. Lots of moving around to different hotels and long car rides so if you don’t like that, this isn’t the tour for you. But you get to see a LOT so the moving is worth it. Great city tours and local experiences and learned a lot about the culture. Say yes to all the optionals!
