verified
Discover the rich history and wander the amazing architecture of the Amber Fort, just outside of Jaipur, with the expertise of a local guide by your side.

This trip covers anywhere between 25 to 90 km of cycling each day, so a reasonable level of fitness is required, although you’ll have plenty of rest breaks. A support vehicle will also be with you at all times, so if you get tired you can jump in.

We visit a number of temples on this trip, which requires a certain level of modesty. Please bring clothes that cover the arms and shoulders, with pants/skirts that go past the knee. A light-scarf is also ideal for covering shoulders and arms when it’s hot.

Cycling Rajasthan was an awesome introduction to India. We love doing the Intrepid cycling trips. We now have a new bucket list item to do one every year, that's how much we love them.

We had an amazing trip, an adventure. It was very well organised and ran; everyone was so friendly and helpful. We saw and did a tremendous range of things, cycling through lovely countryside, visiting famous attractions, staying in heritage properties, watching cultural shows and seeing tigers. It was great fun!

This trip exceeded my expectations. Our leader Saby was outstanding. Cycling India can be tricky and I would highly recommend for those with an adventurous spirit, interested in history and can ride a bike. This trip was a highlight of all my travels. Great fun!

The cycling trip is a fantastic way to see the countryside. The accommodation is so interesting - from forts and castles to glamping. Riding past cows and goats and villages is the best way to see Rajasthan.

Our guide, Anand's, knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for cycling India truly made the experience come alive. From the fascinating historical details to the hidden gems we never would have discovered on our own, every moment was incredible. I appreciated the patience and attention to our interests—it was clear that he genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience.
Best part, cycling into the villages and meeting the locals. Chai tea : )

Fantastic trip. Anand was an amazing guide who went beyond expectations. Cycling was excellent - it’s not easy so get some mileage in before you head out. The food, the bikes, the rural and urban areas all were amazing. Loved the jungle and was thrilled to see a tiger and a leopard.

The Rajasthan tour was exceptional, we explored some fantastic countryside on and off the bike.
I especially enjoyed cycling through the rural areas & interacting with the locals and staying in the heritage properties & tents.
Rajasthan is just beautiful - Intrepid helped me as a solo traveler to explore it with added confidence. The bikes supplied were excellent, as was our Ride/Tour Lead (Anand Kapil ) and support team (Ruston, Mr Mohan & Mr Sureg).. thank you for making it such a memorable trip.👏
Just make sure you prepare your fitness so you enjoy such an adventure.
