My fiancé and I took a 12-day tour through Cambodia, finishing in Ho Chi Minh City, and we highly recommend it. Our tour guide, Horm, was exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and always helpful. This tour is an excellent choice for first-time travelers, as it provides a well-rounded introduction to multiple cities while offering meaningful exposure to the local culture, cuisine, and history. Overall, it was a very rewarding and memorable experience.

Our Intrepid tour through Cambodia was absolutely amazing. We explored incredible ancient ruins like Angkor Wat and countless other temples, but what made this trip unforgettable was how deeply we were able to connect with the real Cambodia. We stayed at a homestay, experienced local life up close, and watched everyday traditions like rice-paper making and pottery. These moments gave us a genuine look into the culture far beyond what a typical trip would offer. Our guide was absolutely outstanding. He was entertaining, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. He brought every place to life with stories, humor, and history. He also guided us with compassion through Cambodia’s heartbreaking history, including learning about the genocide, which was emotional but so important to understand. We even visited a bat cave, met amazing local people, and saw sides of the country that most travelers miss. By the end of the tour, I genuinely fell in love with Cambodia and its warm, resilient people. This was a big tour packed with variety, depth, and unforgettable experiences. If you’re thinking about visiting Cambodia, this is a must-do. Intrepid gave us a trip we will never forget.

Really enjoyed this trip very. Have been to these countries before but discovered a lot more about their history. Khmer Rouge regime & Vietnam war were in recent history. We were able to discover this history as well as enjoying ourselves. Very economical & most things covered. Accommodation & transport were good. Great guides, Intrepid & locals.

We really enjoyed this trip across Cambodia, our leader Minear was first class in his knowledge and guidance..Highlights were Angkor wat temples, waterfall trek & the homestay experience. Each town we visited had its own unique charm, with the people so welcoming we learned a lot. Food and accommodation were good, But would advise taking a travel kettle & some tea and coffees as quite a few don’t have this in the room. Especially if you like an early morning cuppa…!!
