Minear was a fantastic guide who shared so much knowledge and information which enabled us to get the most from our experience. Highlights included Angkor Wat and the home stay visit. The people of Cambodia are very humble, friendly and welcoming.

We really enjoyed this trip across Cambodia, our leader Minear was first class in his knowledge and guidance..Highlights were Angkor wat temples, waterfall trek & the homestay experience. Each town we visited had its own unique charm, with the people so welcoming we learned a lot. Food and accommodation were good, But would advise taking a travel kettle & some tea and coffees as quite a few don’t have this in the room. Especially if you like an early morning cuppa…!!

A brilliant trip—one where you truly get to see the real Cambodia. The homestay was a highlight: having the chance to talk with the hosts about their lives, what day-to-day is like for them, and then having them ask about where you're from and your culture—it was genuinely eye-opening and fascinating.
From visiting ancient temples to dancing on boats in the pouring rain, meeting new people and making friends, to having an incredible guide whose passion and pride for their country shone through—it all made the experience unforgettable. They genuinely wanted you to learn, to understand, and to connect.
If you're after something authentic, something that lets you see beyond the surface—this is the tour to do.

Cambodia is a true gem of a country and this tour doesn’t just give you the highlights it gives you chance to truly immerse yourself in Cambodia and the history of the Khmer people. Our trip leader Daro lead us with passion and love. We truly all walked away from our Sticky Rice family feeling like we had had gained so much and more than a little sad to be saying goodbye.

The tour was very well thought through and we saw all of the sights the area had to offer in a short length of time, as well as getting an insight into local life. Our tour guide, Vannak, helped us through every query we had, while also informing us about local history, culture and current affairs.
