This was my first group trip of this kind and it set the bar very high. It was one of the best holidays of my life. Bosnia is an incredibly beautiful country with a rich history. Our tour leader (Almedin) was very organised and ensured our group was having a great time throughout the trip, as well as being incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Bosnia. I wish I could do this again for the first time!

Great trip to see the best of Bosnia in a short period of time. Great balance of activities and time for exploration. The hike, rafting, and wild horses excursion were all unique highlights that really added to the overall experience. Our local tour leader was fundamental in making it a really great experience for everyone.

Great itinerary packed with activities and experiences, No rush despite the packed itinerary as everything was well organised and as we had no long driving days. Loved in particular the horses, the hike and the drive from Mostar to Konjic. Such a stunning scenery. Our tour leader Almedin (Meme) enabled us greatly to embrace the country with its history, stunning beauty and its kind people.

Fantastic tour! It covers a tonne and feels like a lot longer than 8 days! Bosnia & Herzegovina is an amazing and beautiful country, and well worth spending time in.

I love Intrepid's small group tours, and this was no exception! I learned so much about the complicated history and diverse cultures of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The itinerary combined city walking tours with nature excursions in the spectacular mountains and allowed us to see many aspects of this beautiful country.

This was my first trip with Intrepid and it was everything that was promised in the description. Our trip leader, Almedin (Meme), was very engaging and so thoughtful. He helped the group 'gel' immediately. I would love to have him for another trip! My goal was to learn more about the people, history, and culture of Bosnia Herzegovina and this trip accomplished that goal. There are some long travel days to get to some locations, but it is worth it to see the country. The hotels did not have elevators so keep that in mind if you cannot climb steps with luggage. Overall, this was a wonderful trip and I would definitely recommend it.

I usually do my own thing and seldom take group tours. This reminded me it was good to have the interaction with guides and locals and the knowledge and the pleasure of being part of group made it a very enjoyable tour.

This was a great trip! I learnt loads about the country and enjoyed the beautiful landscapes and towns. The most incredible part though was the people: each and every one of the guides we had was incredible! So friendly and welcoming and happy to share their amazing communities and experiences and food. Fabulous week!
