Is this trip right for you?
verified
Despite Bhutan being a small country, you'll experience long travel days as most roads are single lane. It’s all part of the adventure and a great way to get to know your fellow travellers. Please read the itinerary carefully for travel time estimates.
verified
The trek to Tiger's Nest is quite vigorous but well worth the climb. Please ensure you bring sturdy walking shoes and comfortable clothes. To make the most of this hike, it's best if you have at least a moderate level of fitness.
verified
Bhutan is a high-altitude destination, so taking it easy for a day or two makes for a much more comfortable trip. Drinking tea and water and avoiding strenuous exercise will help you acclimatise after arriving.
verified
Hot water is limited in some places. Speaking of all things heated, the Bhutanese love chilli and the food can be a touch spicy.
verified
All meals are included due to the nature of travelling in Bhutan. This means there may be limited choices on some days.

Bhutan is a wonderful place to visit. Stunning scenery and sights. We had a wonderful group and great guide and driver Pemba and Pema. It’s worth walking all the steps up and down to take in the well preserved places visited in this trip. Tiger’s Nest is a highlight and was a wonderful experience getting to be immersed in the ceremonies on the day we visited. A surprising and unique country and some wonderful memories.

Best introduction to this beautiful country.
All hotels and food provided were top notch. Included activities well-spaced in the itinerary. Reasonable price for the country’s exclusivity. Recommend budgeting for flights in/out.
