Is this trip right for you?
There are several orientation walks and city tours during this trip, so there will be quite a lot of walking. It’s important to always bring plenty of water, wear comfortable walking shoes and ensure you use adequate sun protection. Wearing layers is a good way to tackle the heat.

I want to thank Santiago for a wonderful trip, the whole trip was enjoyable and we felt like a little family by the end, nothing and no question was too much trouble and I have come away with a memorable experience I will never forget. This was my first trip with Intrepid and I went in a little hesitant, it definitely won’t be my last

This short trip between Argentina and Brazil was outstanding. The day in the Ibera Wetlands included lots of bird and animal sightings and a wonderful asado bbq hosted by our local guides. We spent 2 days seeing Iguazú Falls from both sides which was totally worth it as the falls go on and on and it takes time to take them all in. I would recommend spending a few days in Buenos Aires and Rio on either side of the trip. Intrepid takes all the hassle out of the transfers between sights.

This was a great tour to explore the popular spots in Argentina and Brazil. It was also nice to go off the normal tourist path to explore the wetlands area. The tour leader Roberto was amazing. He made sure that everything was as perfect as it could be for all of us. Thank you Roberto for making this trip so memorable.

The tour allowed us to visit key iconic sites in South America. The Iguazú Falls and Christ the Redeemer were amazing. We also managed to fit a cable ride up Sugar Loaf Mountain. A great trip all round.

Great trip but too short! We now want to return to Argentina and Brazil to see more of these countries. Iguazu Falls blew us away as did the Ibera wetlands trip. Another highlight was the added trip to a Tango show. We did an extra trip to include Rio Carnival and trip to little India which we would NOT recommend to anyone.

A real journey of wonderful contrasts. Buenos Aires and Rio, both vibrant and alive but with very different atmospheres, and unique attractions. Ibera wawafull.of wildlife, and Iguazu deserving of the claim to be a natural wonder of the world.

An incredible adventure passing through many landmarks, and starting and ending in world-renowned cities. Make sure you get to Buenos Aires early to enjoy its full potential. The walking tour and car safari in the wetlands felt so special. A huge thank you to our leader Yami and to all our lovely local guides for sharing their knowledge with us!

This Intrepid Tour of Argentina and Brazil was an amazing experience, made possible by good organisation, communication and our tour guides knowledge of her job and the destinations we visited. As a senior citizen I met some great people and experienced some great activities on the tour.
