Important notes
1. Transferring to and from Soldeu: We offer pre-bookable transfers from/to Barcelona airport (BCN) for an additional fee. The arrival transfer is only available for flights that arrive before 11:30 am on Day 1. The departure transfer is in the early morning on the last day and arrives at the airport at approximatey 9 am. If you have pre-booked this service, please ensure you provide your flight details to your booking agent at least 7 days prior to travel so the transfer can be organized.
2. A single supplement is available if you’d prefer not to share a room on this trip. The single supplement applies to all nights of your trip and is subject to availability. Please note that due to the small properties we use in Europe there is only a limited amount of single supplements available per trip departure. Please speak to your booking agent for further information.
3. The trip is graded as active and requires no previous experience although an ability to cycle is essential for the mountain biking. Days of mountain biking, walking and rafting can be a rigorous test of stamina, but with full vehicle support we believe anyone in good health should be capable of participating. The difficulty of the walks and rides will depend on the ability of the group and will be adjusted accordingly. PLEASE NOTE, all the activities will take place in mountainous terrain where weather is rather temperamental. Some adjustments to the walks or cycling routes may be done on the day, depending on the weather forecast, and will depend on our experienced leader’s good judgement.
4. Most people buy packed lunches; you might find a sealable plastic box useful for storing it in your daypack. Although not essential, gloves for cycling make it more comfortable - especially if you grip hard. Wetsuits provided for rafting come with booties. Shoes are not provided for biking, so please bring comfortable shoes suitable for cycling.

Perfect one week to experience variety activities of Andorra in summer. Did my first zip line, off road biking. The highlight for me were white water rafting and via ferreta (optional on free day). It’s a perfectly operated team of Elsie, Lydia, Nuria and Nick. Although I’d like to have longer day-hike, cycling…etc but I appreciate that the crew needs to accommodate the entire group, with different physical capacity and overall fitness. Lydia and Elsie were the primary guides for most of activities. The girls demonstrated exceptional responsibility, organizational skills and attentiveness to everyone. Their maturity was above and beyond their young age. Also I like the itinerary that we stayed in the same hotel and stroke out day trips instead of moving to a new hotel every day. Highly recommend this tour for anyone who likes biking(paved and off-road with hills and turns) hiking, rafting, obstacle zip-lining, via ferreta, etc in one short week!

This trip was excellent, we were lucky to have has a wonderful group of people alongside us for the ride. The activities had various options to allow you to challenge yourself or back off if need be which we really enjoyed. Nick and Nuria were great leads and helped ups get the most out of the trip. The nature of Andorra is stunning, in stark contrast to some of the questionable architecture of the main towns. If you are looking for a European break with and active feel and a beautiful mountain setting this is the trip for you. If you go, don’t miss out on Tapas at La Caleta the food was great (especially the tiramisu). Thanks!

A very well organised trip. Really enjoyed experiencing the Andorran mountains with the varied activities. The hosts were very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. I would recommend the Via Ferrata on the day off.

Beautiful scenery. Comfortable hotel with homely feel. Bring hiking poles if you’re not used to up hill walking. It can be a little challenging but you won’t be left behind. I do weights 3x a week and limited cardio and I managed although it was challenging.

I had no idea what to expect from Andorra, but this Intrepid trip blew me away! If you’re looking for a trip that’s off the beaten path but full of beauty, fresh air, and meaningful experiences, Andorra with Intrepid should be at the top of your list. I came home feeling recharged, inspired, and a little more in love with the mountains.

We went on this trip as a mum (aged 53) and son (aged 21). It was a very active week and was a fantastic opportunity for us both to spend quality time together, experiencing new things and also meeting some great new people. It was physically demanding but it gave us both a sense of achievement at the end of each day. The scenery is stunning and the hosts/guides couldn't do enough for you. I would highly recommend this trip.

I enjoyed this trip so much in June 2022 that each year I had thought about repeating it. The only reason I hadn’t till this year was because I thought it couldn’t be as great second time round. I am so happy I came again anyway as it was easily as good, if not even better. Every day is full of fun, beauty and enjoyable exertion, and I really didn’t want the week to end. We had just the best group ranging from 21 to 72 (me) and everyone fitted in and got so much out of it. I wonder if I’ll make it again in 2028?! Thank you Nick and Nuria for the best week ever. 😁
