Trip Informations
Lace up your boots and set your sights on the spectacular Mediterranean horizon. This eight-day hiking and kayaking trip on the Amalfi Coast is a nature-lover’s dream! Stroll through the lush Mulini and Ferriere valleys, say Buongiorno to local farmers along the Pathway of the Gods, hitch a ride on a boat to the island of Capri and paddle to secluded beaches by kayak in the afternoon sun. Soak up sunsets, eat your weight in delicious Italian food (pizza and pasta, anyone?) and get active in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy, if not the world. With a glass of limoncello in hand, you’ll be watching sunsets, getting active and soaking in all the beauty this place has to offer, with likeminded travellers.

This Multi-Active trip requires a good level of fitness, due to the varied terrain and potentially hot temperatures. Many of the hiking days involve steep hills and lots of steps that you'll need to be able to walk up and down. Walking times vary between three and six hours a day, but the rewards are worth every step.
verified
Summer temperatures around the Amalfi Coast can be extreme (up to 40°C), which can be uncomfortable. It’s essential to use sun protection, wear layers to combat the heat and drink plenty of water. Please consider the time of the year you wish to travel and your suitability to that season.

8 days of beautiful scenery, rewarding hikes, culture, history, delicious food, gelato, laughter, and new friendships. It was lovely to see the authentic Amalfi Coast away from the crowds. It is a hiking trip after all so don't expect lots of shopping or lounging around time. MANY sets of stairs so come in with a decent level of fitness. Though I whined (about the stairs) I enjoyed every moment of this trip. Enrico is a FANTASTIC leader and you would be lucky to get him as your guide! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this trip and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the beauty of the Amalfi Coast. The itinerary is well designed with various activities to break up the hiking which involves negotiating many stairs. Enrico, our guide, was also fantastico.

I highly recommend this tour if you would like to explore some of the more hidden gems of this region. This is an active trip and you should have a good level of fitness prior to signing up. However, you will be rewarded with great views, plenty of sweet treats and delicious vino. Enrico was an amazing host who went above and beyond for us! He was passionate about the area and it’s history and this was evident every day of the trip. I would not hesitate to book a trip with him as my leader again.

Our trip to the Amalfi Coast was exceptional. I loved our small group of only 9 travelers. We especially enjoyed our guide, Renato, who was sensitive to the interests and abilities of the group and planned our daily experiences accordingly. I thought the meals and visits at private B&B/farms were particularly fun and the relationships Renato has cultivated with those proprietors made the experiences all the more special. The descriptions of the hikes and activities were helpful and accurate, the scenery spectacular and the dining choices excellent.

Hikes, scenery, food and experiences all exceeded my high expectations. Renato, our trip leader, made the week especially rewarding as he encouraged us on challenging hikes, shared knowledge and guidance, answered questions, and conveyed a love of Italy’s places and culture as well as kindness and consideration for each person in our group. Memorable in every way.
